Now in its 19th year, Chorlton Book Festival is a celebration of books, reading and writing with a local community flavour. The Festival is run by committee consisting of staff from Manchester Libraries, Chorlton High School and community volunteers. The 2023 festival takes place 15-23 September, with its customary mix of fiction, history, local authors, poets and fun for children of all ages. chorltonbookfestival.co.uk
